KRM Landscapes opened its doors in 2017 with a single project in West Los Angeles. Seven years and more than fifty projects later, KRM has completed landscape design/build projects all over Los Angeles, from Anaheim and San Gabriel to West Hollywood and Malibu and nearly everywhere in-between. KRM Landscapes is owned and operated by Kevin Maynard, MLA.
Kevin has a masters degree in landscape architecture from Cal Poly Pomona and is a member of ASLA, ASLD and a C-27 licensed landscape contractor. He was a landscape designer at Architerra Design Group before starting KRM. And before that Kevin was a successful television writer, having sold a half-hour comedy pilot to the WB Network, as well as working on the writing staffs for Showtime’s Dexter and Lifetime’s Army Wives.
